Headed development of charts rendering module for a sports analytics product, incorporating Highcharts and Echarts libraries. Designed and implemented a highly flexible and scalable architecture to accommodate 25 distinct chart types within a single-page application (SPA). Led department of 20 developers (1 architect, 3 team leaders, 16 developers).

Organized technical backlog with frontend debt tasks for 10 teams: as result teams solved problems in pipelines, implemented screenshot testing tools and integrated it to company design system, fixed lots of technical debt tasks, each team integrated Cypress and wrote tests(>90% covered) for their projects.
Implemented effective retention strategies that halved employee churn in my subdivision, saving the company equivalent of 15 months’ salary of an average developer.
Headed workplace improvement strategies that propelled employee job satisfaction from 70% to 94%, as evidenced by HR surveys — the highest increase across all 4 subdivisions. This achievement not only boosted morale but also enhanced productivity and team cohesion.

Developed frontend and backend components of an audio message recording system in checkout payment
Configured FreeSwitch PBX IVR menu(using Python) to enable customers listen these messages via toll-free number. This feature was marketing experiment to create a unique touchpoint in the purchasing journey.

Integrated Avaya telephony with call center web data management system for operators handling emergency hotline services, which resulted in a decreased response time over the 1 year since the adaptation in the region.
